GLOBAL GRANT 2021-2024
A Global Grant on Prevention of Depression for school mental health was started by Rotary Club of Nagpur and Rotary Club of Naples, Florida. 5 schools of Nagpur have been chosen. Students of Std 8, their Parents and all Teachers are being trained. 20 Teachers have been sponsored for a one year Diploma in School Counselling. DISTRICT ACTION GROUP ON MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVES -DAGMHI 3030
Rita Aggarwal is a Director on Rotary Action Group on Mental Health Initiatives, a global body. She helped form the first Chapter in District 3030 in April 2021. DAGMHI 3030 had started work informally from 2020, when Covid struck. It conducted several online workshops and seminars on mental health for public awareness and welfare. AIRSWEEE 1.0 2017 -Nagpur
“All India Road Show on Women’s Economic Empowerment through Entrepreneurship”- A pioneering project by TIE Global (The Indus Entrepreneurs) sponsored by US State Department. Chaired by Seema Chaturvedi, TIE Global with Rita Aggarwal, Director All-India, TIE Nagpur.
AIRSWEEE 2.0 - 2018 -Baroda & Delhi
Fresh Five Tier 2 cities of India were chosen the second year, with 25 women entrepreneurs from each city was nominated for training and mentoring. Rita Aggarwal continued as Director All-India and attended the Baroda conference.
AIRSWEEE 3.0 CONCLAVE AT DELHI-2019
The 3.0 Conclave ended the 2 year program training 250 women entrepreneurs from 10 cities of Nagpur. 3 women were offered a scholarship for one month trip to USA with mentoring.
