DISTRICT ACTION GROUP ON MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVES – DAGMHI 3030
Rita Aggarwal is a founding Charter member and Director on the Board on RAGMHI (Rotary Action Group on Mental Health Initiatives) since its inception in October 2015. This is a global body. She has served the Rotary District 3030 in several committees and had been the District Chair for RAG in the year 2020 -2021. Under her guidance a District Action Group on Mental Health Initiatives was formed in April 2021, with a Board of Directors. This is the first Chapter formed under the global RAGMHI. She initiated as Editor, MIND MATTERS, a monthly e-newsletter on mental health, by DAGMHI 3030, which is circulated world-wide through the Rotary network. It also gets circulated to college students in India. The Home page has a Tab on MIND MATTERS.
During the pandemic COVID 19, DAGMHI went into high gear organizing various seminars and workshops online with great response.
